Born, raised, and a current Winter Park resident, Alexis Davis has always loved what makes her hometown and the surrounding communities unique and special. She knows the greater Orlando area has much more to offer than its access to amazing tourist destinations.
Deeply rooted in her community, Alexis has served Winter Park families through the years in many different facets. Her previous professional experience includes event planner, educator, and small business owner. This collective local professional experience places Alexis in an ideal position to be “in the know” when connecting sellers and buyers and finding their perfect luxury lifestyle at any price point.
A proud graduate of Winter Park High School. Alexis attended the University of South Florida, where she was a member of the Tri Delta sorority and majored in communications. Alexis began her professional career in event planning, where she worked exclusively in the wedding industry, where she worked in the Winter Park and the Central Florida area. After event planning, an opportunity led her to teaching for over a decade in Baldwin Park, at their elementary school. After a decade of teaching, Alexis left to focus on owning and running a multi-award-winning pet care facility just outside of Baldwin Park. Alexis’s past collective work experiences, demonstrate that she is the right person to trust, advocate, explain and handle all of your real estate needs.
Alexis is also the proud mother to one daughter, who is heavily involved and enthusiastic about the local are scene and theater community. Alexis serves on the PTA, has been Pet Alliance of Orlando’s Auction Chairman for their annual gala, and is Orlando Family Stage’s Committee Chairman for their inaugural upcoming gala. She enjoys her two dogs, books and traveling to new places.
